Shane Lowry

The ECU Joondalup product returned to Perth in January 2016 after spending the previous 11 years in England where he enjoyed stints at Aston Villa, Leeds United, Sheffield United, Millwall and most recently, Birmingham City. He appeared in two Europa League matches during his time at Aston Villa. After representing the Republic of Ireland at U-17 and U-21 levels, Lowry opted to pursue a senior international career with Australia and was part of the 30-man preliminary squad ahead of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The 29-year-old's standout performances during the 2017-18 campaign earned him the Most Glorious Player Award.
