Biography
Currently in his second spell with the club, Nichols spent the first six years of his career with Brisbane Roar where he claimed one Premiership and two Championship winner’s medals.
After making more than 120 appearances for the Queenslanders, he spent one season with Melbourne Victory before heading overseas to join Japanese club, Cerezo Osaka.
Upon his return to Australia, the gifted midfielder was signed by Western Sydney Wanderers for whom he subsequently appeared in the 2016 Grand Final.
Now 28, Nichols has five Socceroos caps to his name having previously represented his country at both Under-20 and Under-23 level.
