Biography
Chianese debuted for his hometown club, Sydney FC, in 2012 and went on to make 40 appearances for the Sky Blues before heading to Malayasia.
He duly enjoyed successful stints with both Sabah FC and Negeri Sembilan FA ahead of a return to the Hyundai A-League with Glory.
In his debut season for Glory, the 29-year-old featured on 23 occasions and scored two goals, including a memorable effort in the finals victory over Melbourne City.
During the 2018/19 season, meanwhile, Chianese was a key member of Glory's Premiers' Plate-winning side, missing just one game and scoring five goals, plus the winning penalty in the semi-final shootout win against Adelaide United.
Equally comfortable operating as a winger or up front, he is an ambassador for one of Glory's charity partners, You Can Sit With Me.
