A versatile attacker who can play anywhere across the front third, Armiento signed a scholarship contract with Adelaide United's in 2018 and made his A-League debut against Melbourne Victory later that year.
He subsequently joined Glory midway through the 2019-20 season and made four substitute appearances during the hub-based finale to the campaign before opening his account for the club with a stunning free-kick against Shanghai Shenhua in the AFC Champions League.
