Perth Glory would like to confirm that goalkeeping coach, Neil Young, will not be offered a new coaching contract and will leave the Club at the end of this 2013/14 Hyundai A-League Season.

Young, who turned professional at 29, joined the Newcastle Jets for the 2009/10 Hyundai A-League Season after several years in the Western Australian State League for Sorrento, Balcatta and Armadale and Victorian Premier League side, Melbourne Knights.

In 2010, Young returned to Perth joining Glory as back up to Danny Vukovic. Since 2011, he has been the Club-s goalkeeping coach working with keepers such as Vukovic, Lewis Italiano, Jack Duncan and Luke Radonich.

Perth Glory, would like to thank Neil Young for his time at the Club, “Neil has been a great servant to the Club, and we wish him well with his future coaching career” Jason Brewer, Perth Glory CEO said.

Following the appointment earlier this month of Kenny Lowe as the Glory-s Head Coach, the Club is finalising its Coaching Staff for the upcoming 2014/15 A-League season.
