Round 23 Saturday 30 March (7pm) v Melbourne Victory

Chris Ikonomidis v Victory

We have enjoyed some cracking games against the navy-and-whites over the years and that trend has continued this season with Glory securing two dramatic and memorable wins at AAMI Park in Rounds 2 and 18.

Kevin Muscat’s men are, as ever, right in the mix at the top of the table and to add even more interest to the fixture, it will also mark marquee-man Keisuke Honda’s first visit to HBF Park.

It’s a game that very rarely fails to deliver in terms of excitement and controversy and this latest clash under the Saturday night lights has the makings of yet another high-stakes classic.

Round 25 Sunday 14 April (5pm) v Newcastle Jets

Fabio Ferreira shoots v Jets

The afternoon showdown with the Jets is the perfect opportunity to bring the whole family along to HBF Park and enjoy what is widely regarded as the best children’s entertainment precinct in the Hyundai A-League.

The Kids’ Zone will be in full swing as soon as the gates open, offering a whole range of games, activities and giveaways that will keep children of all ages enthralled.

And in terms of the on-field action, Tony Popovic’s men will be out to secure a third win of the season over an attacking Jets side that reached the Grand Final last year.

Round 27 Sunday 28 April (5pm) v Wellington Phoenix

Jason Davidson v Phoenix

The final game of the regular season provides another great opportunity for pre-game family fun followed by a showdown with one of the competition’s big improvers.

Phoenix have been something of a revelation this season under Mark Rudan and in Roy Krishna and Sarpreet Singh, have two genuine crowd-pleasers with a licence to thrill.

Glory – Phoenix games have thrown up plenty of memorable moments in the past, so expect some new memories to be created in this intriguing Round 27 clash.
