The date for the semi-final of the Westfield FFA Cup clash between Perth Glory FC and Victorian NPL side Bentleigh Greens, has been set for Tuesday, November 11 in Melbourne.

Perth Glory FC will be the first big test for the Victorians, who are yet to face Hyundai A-League opposition so far in the tournament.

Bentleigh made the final four, after defeating Adelaide City 2-1 in extra time of the quarter finals; a significant achievement considering City claimed a win against Asian Champions, Western Sydney Wanderers in the first round of the Cup.

Perth Glory FC has beaten Newcastle Jets, Victorian state league side St Albans Saints and A-League rivals Melbourne Victory in its path to the final four.

A win against the Greens and Perth will face either Adelaide United or the Central Coast Mariners in the Westfield FFA Cup Final with a chance to earn its first piece of silverware in A-League history.

However the Cup semi-final will come less than 48 hours after Perth’s Hyundai A-League match against the Mariners on the New South Wales Central Coast. The team won’t arrive in Melbourne until Monday, November 10, in the afternoon, around 24 hours before the scheduled kick off.

United and the Mariners will play their semi-final on Wednesday night, November 12, at Coopers Stadium in Adelaide at 7pm local time.

The Westfield FFA Cup semi-final between Bentleigh Greens and Perth Glory FC will be played at Kingston Heath Soccer Complex in Melbourne.

Kick-off is at 7.30pm EST.

Perth Glory FC will then return home at nib Stadium to host the Asian Champions, Western Sydney Wanderers on November 15.
