This annual event has always been a great opportunity for players and fans to show their mutual appreciation, and this year was no different as players mixed with fans in a family-friendly environment.

The game vault area proved a popular destination for fans (and players!) as they were transported into the ultimate gaming zone to show off their skills on FIFA 14.

Steven McGarry and Jack Risdon stationed themselves around the airborne amusement bouncy castle while Isaka Cernak and Ndumba Makeche were happy to join in with the small-sided games.

Travis Dodd, Michael Thwaite and Adrian Zahra were a hit at the funky monkey’s’ sack race with Brazillian import Sidney Sciola, Japanese star Ryo Nagai, right full-back Josh Risdon and fellow W.A. product Brandon O-Neill proving popular at the Membership tent.

Dean Evans and Riley Woodcock drew the short straw and were forced to work slightly harder in the BBQ area.

Perth Glory’s mascot – George the Gorilla – was on hand to join in the fun as he posed for photographs with some of Glory’s younger fans and the 100m line at the end of the day for the players’ photos and signatures was testimony to the success of the day.

A big thank you to all our fans and sponsors who make the QBE Gloryus Family Fun Day such a great success every year.
