Perth Glory wishes to confirm that defender Jacob Poscoliero will be departing the club with immediate effect after the termination of his contract was mutually agreed.
The club would like to thank Jacob for his efforts this season and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.
The 27-year-old made eight appearances this term, six of which were starts.
