Baird is now available for selection for tomorrow-s match against Melbourne Heart at AAMI Park and will travel with the team to Melbourne.
Baird-s provisional clearance arrived at 12.01am this morning after hours of negotiations between the games world governing body FIFA and Perth Glory Deputy Chairman Lui Giuliani.
The FFA has been on stand by and will now officially register Baird.
The 26 year old hasn-t played in the first three weeks of the Hyundai A-League season because of a contract dispute with his former Romanian club Universitatea Craiova.
