With three days to go until the season opener against North Queensland Fury, my apologies to those members still waiting for their membership packs to arrive.
This season the club appointed a new membership processing company who promised a streamlined efficient service.
This has not happened and the buck stops with me.
Please be assured over 80% will be issued and received by Thursday.
For those members who don-t receive their packs, membership tents will be set up outside nib Stadium on Friday, one and half hours before kick off.
I understand your frustrations and accept this is not good enough but rest assured it won-t happen again!
Again, my apologies, the players will make up for it on Friday night!
