The Glory squad was at full-strength during Friday morning’s training session, with Joel Chianese, Diego Castro and Andreu Guerao all on field as preparations for Sunday’s crunch clash with Melbourne Victory were cranked up.
Kenny Lowe’s men head into the game having taken seven points from their last three games and will be looking to maintain an impressive recent home record against Victory which has seen them lose only once in the last five meetings between the two clubs at nib Stadium.
The visitors, however, have lost just three of their 11 away games this term and have won their last three on the bounce as they look to lock in a top-three finish.
With both sides hitting some form and the stakes super-high, Lowe is really looking forward to Sunday’s match-up as he told the assembled media before training got underway at McGillivray Oval.
