After a promising youth career, which included 13 caps with Australia U-17 and 13 more with Australia U-20, Marc Warren made his professional debut with Airdrie United in the Scottish First Division, playing 30 times for the club during the 2012-13 season.
The Australian defender returned to his home country for the 2013-14 A-League season, playing for Sydney FC eight times. He then moved to NPL side APIA Leichhardt Tigers, playing for the Sydney side 32 times over two seasons.
Warren signed for Perth Glory for the 2015-16 season, with a shot at solidifying his place as the first choice left back for the club.
