There will no doubt be plenty of passion on the pitch with both sides looking to finish their season on a high, and Glory Coach Gareth Naven will be hoping his team can find their attacking edge against the Jets after several near misses last weekend.
Despite creating a number of good chances last weekend the Glory were unable to hit the back of the net but will be boosted by the return of striker Anthony Skorich who scored a hat trick when the teams last met.
“At the end of the day we haven-t been putting our chances away. That has probably been our achilles this season, we-ve created opportunities but not converted enough,” Naven said.
While a more ruthless edge in and around the box will be a focus this weekend, the Glory also need three points to ensure they finish fourth, a position they-re held for the majority of the competition.
“We-ve been able to play a nice brand of football but at the end of the day the boys like to win, I want to win so there will be a real desire to finish off the season well,” Naven said.
