It’s holiday time and to help celebrate the new year Perth Glory’s community department is putting the fun in football for another year with its Soccer Schools program.
Proudly supported by Clough Engineering, the Department has enjoyed record numbers throughout 2014, exceeding 30,000 participants.
Mirroring the success of the Hyundai A-League leaders, Perth Glory’s Community staff are spreading the gospel of the game throughout the metropolitan and wider regional areas of Western Australia.
Bunbury born Glory star Josh Risdon says he’s looking forward to getting involved with another season of Glory’s skill programs
“The boys and I have always loved coming down to the Soccer Schools, and all the Community programs – the training is first class and all the young kids love it” he said.
The Department’s flagship program Glory Juniors has led to an extensive Soccer School program in January.
