Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson was full of praise for his high flying side following last night-s 2-0 win away to Adelaide.

Ferguson was delighted with Perth Glory-s fifth win on the road this season and third spot on the ladder.

“In the last 10 games, when you get to the business end of the season, we-ve had 7 victories which has been excellent,” he said.

“To win that many games has been really positive for the boys.

“We’re delighted with the reaction that we have had in the last 10 games.”

Perth Glory now faces league leaders Central Coast at home next week on March 11 and Ferguson hopes star players Shane Smeltz and Liam Miller will both return from injury.

“I’m hoping they’ll both be back next week,” he added.

“The squad is running along nicely.”
