Football West and Perth Glory invite expressions of interest from highly qualified, motivated and suitably experienced persons for the position of Head Coach, Perth Glory Wesfield W-League team.

The Perth Glory Women-s team play in the Westfield W-League, a national competition run by Football Federation Australia (FFA). The team is funded and managed by Football West with support from Perth Glory Football Club.

Applicants should hold as a minimum an AFC ‘B- Licence (and actually in the process of attaining an ‘A- Licence or willing and eligible to do so in the immediate future), with an AFC ‘A- license extremely well regarded. Applicants should also have significant experience in elite level coaching or high performance programs.

Should interested parties succeed in obtaining an interview, the candidate will need to demonstrate they can establish and maintain a close working relationship with:

* Football West;
* Perth Glory;
* Western Australian Institute of Sport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting processes and protocols for:

* Squad selection and preparation (in accordance with Football West and FFA criteria);
* The selection of support staff (in accordance with Football West and FFA criteria);
* The management of budgets;
* Establishing travel and accommodation arrangements for the squad.

It is anticipated the Perth Glory Women W-League programme will commence by 1 August, with the season concluding on December 19.

A decision on the head coach will be made during the week ending Friday 17th July with interviews scheduled to take place between Monday 6 and Friday 10 July in Perth.
