Good news for Harold

Perth Glory FC can confirm initial scans on Chris Harold’s ankle injury have not shown any ligament damage or bone fractures.

The 22-year old suffered an ankle injury during the first half of the round-15 match against Melboune Victory at nib Stadium on Sunday.

Originally coach Kenny Lowe thought the worst, saying after the match “I’m hearing ligament damage”, but since then a prelilminary report has shown no major injuries.

Harold, who has scored four goals in all competitions this season has sustained severe bruising and as a result may be out of action for up to four weeks.

The club wishes the Perth born attacker a speedy recovery in the team’s quest for Glory in season 10 of the Hyundai A-League.

Don’t forget we’re back at nib Stadium for another big clash against Sydney FC on Saturday, February 7.
