EXCLUSIVE GLORY MEMBER’S ULTIMATE XI – THE GOALKEEPER VOTE

As we celebrate our 20th commemorative year, Perth Glory FC is calling on all members to vote for their Glorious Ultimate XI.

This month we begin voting with the nominated goalkeepers, which includes three Western Australians and Sydney-sider Danny Vukovic.

NOMINEES

Glory's Ultimate XI Goalkeeper Franken 

Tony Franken (39 caps): The 51-year-old is the current Socceroos goalkeeping coach and was Glory’s custodian between 1997 and 2003.

 Glory's Ultimate XI Goalkeeper Vukovic

Danny Vukovic (106 caps): The 31-year-old spent four seasons in the Glory kit and represented the Western Australians in the 2012 Hyundai A-League Grand Final and 2014 inaugural FFA Cup Final.

Glory's Ultimate XI Goalkeeper Petkovic 

Jason Petkovic (177 caps):  One of the Glory’s favourite sons, “Petka” took part in the heart-breaking 2000 NSL Grand Final against Wollongong Wolves, but was part of the back-to-back championship-winning teams of 2003 and 2004.

 Glory's Ultimate XI Goalkeeper Maras

Tommy Maras (20 caps): Perth Glory’s inaugural goalkeeper cut his cloth in the State League with Spearwood Dalmatinac, before rising to prominence with the Perth Kangaroos. He played 20 matches for Glory before resuming his State League career with Perth SC.
