The match at 6PR Stadium, Inglewood will kick-off at 7pm.
“The match is all about football conditioning,” Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson said.
“We need to get some game time into the players legs before our trip to South Africa.
“It-s a long pre-season so we need to gradually build-up to the start of the Hyundai A-League season in October.
