The revised regular season schedule will feature 27 matches to be played in 28 days starting Thursday 16 July followed by a 5 game Hyundai A-League 2020 Finals Series, with matches to feature across FOX SPORTS, SKY Sport (NZ), ABC TV, Kayo Sports and MyFootball Live App, Live Fast and Data Free for Telstra mobile customers.

Tony Popovic’s side will return to action on Saturday 18 July by taking on Central Coast Mariners at Central Coast Stadium (kick-off at 3pm WST, 5pm Local).

Five days later on Thursday 23 July, Wellington Phoenix will provide the opposition at Netsrata Jubilee Stadium with kick-off set for 5.30pm WST and 7.30pm Local.

The squad will then have a full week to prepare for Adelaide United whom they will face on Thursday 30 July at Bankwest Stadium, again with a 5.30pm WST/7.30pm Local kick-off time.

Glory’s fourth game is against Western Sydney Wanderers, again at Bankwest Stadium, on Tuesday 4 August (kick-off at 5.30pm WST/7.30pm Local), ahead of a clash with Melbourne Victory, also at Bankwest Stadium on Saturday 8 August (kick-off at 3pm WST/5pm Local).

And the men in purple will wrap up their regular-season campaign on Wednesday 12 August when they face Western United at Bankwest Stadium (kick-off at 5.30pm WST/7.30pm Local).

Should Glory secure a top-six finish, they will enter the Finals series which will begin with two Elimination Finals played on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August.

The Semi-Finals are then scheduled for Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 August, ahead of the Grand Final on Sunday 23 August.

Glory CEO Tony Pignata is understandably thrilled at the prospect of football making its long-awaited return.

“It’s fantastic that the season resumption is now almost upon us,” he said, “and I know that all of our players, staff, members and fans are really excited.

“We’re relishing the challenge and it promises to be a fascinating climax to the season.

“I’d like to acknowledge all the hard work that FFA have put in to meet what has been a very tough logistical challenge.”
