It wasn’t quite to be.
Despite striking the woodwork and going close on several other occasions in the latter stages, Kosta Barbarouses’ first-half strike ultimately proved enough for Melbourne Victory to edge past Glory in Tuesday’s FFA Cup Round of 32 clash at Dorrien Gardens.
