Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson says he’ll stick with the winning formula for Sunday’s Rivalry Round match with Wellington Phoenix at nib Stadium.

Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson says he-ll stick with the winning formula for Sunday-s Rivalry Round match with Wellington Phoenix at nib Stadium.

That means the coach won-t change the team that started against Melbourne Heart last week.

“Defensively, and structure-wise, we’re OK,” Ferguson said.

“We’re working very hard and we’re making sure that we make it difficult for teams.

“These boys have got a determination about them. They want to go out, they want to play and they want to win every game, which is great.

“I want to try and keep winning teams,” the coach added.

Sunday-s match against Wellington will also be the first time Perth Glory goalkeeper Danny Vukovic will face his former club.

Vukovic says he-s still good mates with Phoenix Captain Andrew Durante and Nick Ward and expects a tough game from the New Zealand side.

Josh Mitchell will return to the squad after recovering from an ankle injury while a handful of players will play for Perth Glory Youth tomorrow to maintain their match fitness.

New signing Steve Pantelidis, Mile Sterjovski, Evan Berger, Jesse Makarounas, Adam Taggart and Josh Risdon will all start for the Youth side who begin their campaign against the Australian Institute of Sport at Macedonia Park.

“Unfortunately this is the only vehicle that we’ve got to get the boys 90 minutes, to keep the boys fit and ready to come in and do a job when the time is right,” Ferguson said.

Tomorrows Youth team game at Macedonia Park, Balcatta begins at 11am.

Perth Glory v Wellington Phoenix on Sunday at nib Stadium will kick-off at 4.30pm.

Tickets to the game can be purchased at the stadium on Sunday from 3pm or through Ticketmaster.com.au or by calling 136 100.
