The FFA Match Review Panel has today issued a one match ban on Perth Glory FC player Dino Djulbic following an incident, during the first half of the match against Sydney FC at nib Stadium at the weekend.

Djulbic and Sydney player Jacques Faty were sent off after an incident involving the pair around the 39th minute.

Initially both were reported for violent conduct. The MRP has decided both players instead were involved in a case of “Serious Unsporting Conduct” and have been suspended for one match.

The Clubs are not entitled to refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee given that there is no appeal from a Mandatory Match Suspension.

Glory, which sits at the top of the Hyundai A-League table, looks forward to its next match against Adelaide United at Coopers Stadium this Sunday.
