The Club Link Personnel Programme (CLP) is a unique and innovative initiative aimed at more closely integrating and engaging the Perth Glory Football Club with local Western Australian football clubs.
Representatives from local premier league clubs meet regularly with the Perth Glory Football clubs Community and Development department to be briefed on the very latest community and development initiatives and ideas but also to help provide valuable input and feedback in shaping the development, delivery, direction and overall strategy of the programme. This sharing of information greatly aids the development of higher quality football product delivery at the grassroots level.
Community Link representatives are a conduit for the club to disseminate news of the clubs Community initiatives through to the members of the local clubs and in return the club offers assistance to the local clubs in supporting and help drive their own club specific initiatives for the betterment and development of the game in Western Australia.
