I’d like to personally welcome each and every one of our Glory members and fans to the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season.
And what a season it promises to be!
We will, of course, be looking to retain the Premiers’ Plate that was won in such spectacular style last year and go one better by securing a Grand Final victory.
Then there’s our historic debut in the Asian Champions League which will see Tony Popovic’s side face off against the continent’s very best.
‘Popa’ has assembled another high-quality squad bursting with talented, hungry players who are desperate to secure the sustained success that you, me and everyone associated with the club craves.
Off the field, meanwhile, we have a fantastic new principal club partner on board in the form of BHP and are on track to break the membership record that was set last year.
Our two-star PGFC Academy is also thriving, with a host of our talented WA youngsters being selected for the national team across all age levels and a number pressing for places in the Hyundai A-League squad.
With the continued support of our loyal members and fans, the lifeblood of this great club, we are confident that more glory can and will be achieved this season.
So I hope to see you all at HBF Park as we do everything we can to make this another glorious season to remember!
