A product of the renowned NTC program, youngster Brandon O’Neill has always been an exceptional talent. O’Neill possesses a skilful first touch and is admired for his vision and ability to switch play.
O’Neill has been involved with Perth Glory FC’s NYL squad since he was 16 but managed to make 8 first team appearances in the Hyundai A-League 2013/14 season.
O’Neill also impressed in the friendly against La Liga powerhouse Malaga CF, where his deft touch opened the Spanish defence for Andy Keogh to equalise. Whilst the classy midfielder has not been capped for Australia at any level, it’s clear that O’Neill is ready to mix it with the Hyundai A-League’s best in the 2014/15 season.
