The PGFC Academy First Team will continue their Football West NPL Night Series campaign on Friday when they visit Frank Drago Reserve to take on Bayswater City (Kick-off at 6.30pm).

Richard Garcia’s side made the best possible start to the pre-season competition last week when they downed Armadale 4-2, while City suffered a shock 5-0 defeat to Floreat Athena in their opener.

This week has also seen the publication of the NPL fixtures for the 2019 season, with Glory kicking things off by tackling Floreat Athena at E&D Litis Stadium on Saturday 16 March (Kick-off at 7pm).

The club will be playing its home games at E&D Litis Stadium this year, meaning that the youngsters will be back at the same venue in Round 2, this time hosting Balcatta on March 23.

Other highlights from the fixture list include a Round 6 re-match against the side that pipped Glory to both the league title and Top Four Cup, Perth SC, at E&D Litis Stadium on Saturday 20 April and two rounds later, a home meeting with top-flight new boys Rockingham City.

On the final day of the regular season, meanwhile, Garcia’s side face an away clash with Inglewood United.
