The Chilean club will no longer be heading down under to play Perth Glory and Newcastle Jets.

In the last 24 hours, we have been informed by the management of Chilean club, Audax Italiano Football Club, that due to unforeseen circumstances, they are cancelling their tour of Australia where they were due to play Newcastle Jets and Perth Glory in July, 2017.

Consequentially, the game that was planned for Wednesday 12 July, 2017 between Perth Glory Football Club and Audax Italiano Football Club at nib Stadium, has now been cancelled.

“We are most disappointed that this friendly match with Audax Italiano has now been cancelled, however, it was outside of our control and we reluctantly accept the difficult decision made by the management of Audax Italiano”, said Perth Glory CEO, Peter Filopoulos.
