A number of qualification places are still to be confirmed, with the preliminary and play-off stages scheduled to take place throughout next month, but many of Asia’s heavy-hitters have already secured their spots.

Ange Postecoglou’s Yokohama F.Marinos and FC Tokyo will be among Japan’s representatives, while Fabio Cannavaro’s Guangzhou Evergrande and Beijing FC will be two of three clubs flying the flag for China.

Other confirmed direct entrants include Chiangrai United of Thailand and Malaysian Super League powerhouse, Johor.

In addition to the anticipated stream via the AFC YouTube channel, we will also be tweeting all the colour and excitement of the draw event live from Kuala Lumpur, so make sure you join us on the Glory Twitter page HERE.
