To our Members and fans – our Perth Glory Family,

Glory v City - fans in Shed

First and foremost, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you for all the positive messages of encouragement and support that we have received during this difficult time.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going and that’s been especially evident in our football community.
As a club, we have never been prouder of our supporter base, especially our members, for the kindness and compassion displayed over the last month.
You should all be very proud to be a part of the Glory family at this time; we certainly are!

SEASON 19-20 MEMBERSHIPS

As we mentioned in our last communication, the collective goal of the club and Football Federation Australia  (FFA) is to reschedule the remaining rounds of the 2019/20 season as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so.
This discussion will reconvene with all clubs, owners and FFA on April 22nd.
Given that COVID-19 is an ever-changing situation, it is impossible to predict exactly what the outcome of these discussions will be, but we will continue to provide you with updates as they become available, including what any decision on 22nd April means for your 2019/20 season Membership.

AUTO RENEWAL

For our members who are on the automatic renewal program, we wish to advise that our normal timeline for payments to occur in early June WILL NOT be taking place.
As many of you know, we always give 28 days’ notice ahead of the intended roll-over date as well as a 14, and 7-day reminder.

AFC CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Given the international nature of this competition, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) is working with multiple countries which are experiencing the effects of COVID-19 to varying degrees and reacting accordingly.
We are working closely with the AFC and will update members and fans once we have any further confirmed news regarding the competition.
We apologise for being unable to provide any further updates on the matter at this time.

2020-21 SEASON

At this stage we have no confirmed update regarding the 2020-21 season.
Along with the rest of society, our current focus is on the health and well-being of our families.
We would urge everyone to continue to follow instructions from the government and by doing so, hopefully facilitate the swiftest possible return to normality.

Wishing everyone a Happy Easter – stay safe.

Regards,

Tony Pignata
